So I waited till I could get it from the auction. I kept looking and looking for that Spectre and all I found was the fast back. Just I did notice for better vehicles you would have to get them at the auction. (Base Game+Expansions+a few user-created mods.) Oh I compleatly understand that, I do it a lot with cars I wouldn't keep. I've collected 40 of the some 60 cars available to me.
